Assessment rationale/justification
The offshore population is poorly studied but is believed to consist of at least 200 individuals (and likely fewer than 250 mature individuals). They may be sensitive to stochastic demographic processes due to their low numbers.; La population océanique est peu étudiée, mais elle semblerait compter au moins 200 individus (et probablement moins de 250 individus matures). Ils peuvent être vulnérables aux processus démographiques fortuits en raison de leur faible nombre.
